Why did you start ProgramShirts.com?

For over 10 years, I managed a community college bookstore. I worked closely with instructors ordering textbooks, nursing kits, and supplies for their programs. And every single time a department wanted shirts for its students, it turned into a bigger project than it needed to be.

Instructors had to collect money—track sizes. Deal with screen printers. Wait on orders. Fix mistakes. And somehow, this always became their problem.

I created ProgramShirts.com to remove all of that. The shirt was never the problem. The process was.

Who is this service designed for?

This is built specifically for small programs inside community colleges, technical colleges, and universities — especially nursing, allied health, and career-tech programs.
If you have between 15 and 60 students and want shirts for your group, you are exactly who this is for.

What problem does this solve for instructors?

You don’t collect money.
You don’t collect sizes.
You don’t place bulk orders.
You don’t store shirts.
You don’t deal with printers.
Your students order their own shirt, choose their own size and color, pay for it themselves, and it ships directly to them.
You simply share a link.

How is this different from working with a local screen printer?

Most printers require large minimum orders (often 72 or more shirts).
Small programs don’t need that many.
Even if you could order that many, you’d still have to:
Collect money
Track sizes
Distribute shirts
Handle mistakes and exchanges
We eliminate all of that by letting students order individually.

What if we only have 12 or 20 students?

Perfect.
This is exactly why ProgramShirts exists. Small programs are usually the ones that get left out because they can’t meet printer minimums. With us, there are no minimums.

Do you already have designs made?

Yes. We start with clean, professional templates designed specifically for programs like nursing, EMS, welding, and other career fields. We customize the design with your school logo so it still feels personal to your program.

Are these shirts affordable for students?

Yes. Because we use a streamlined process and don’t require bulk orders, students can order a quality custom shirt at a very reasonable price, shipped directly to their home.

What do I have to do to get started?

Very little.
You pick a template you like.
Send us your school logo.
We create your program’s shirt page.
You share the link with your students.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times and fees vary by destination.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once an item is in production, changes may not be possible.

 

What is your refund and return policy?

Because most items are made to order, all sales are final.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

 

Do you accept returns for sizing or design preferences?

No. We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing, color choice, or design preference. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.

 

How do I choose the correct size?

Each product includes a size guide. We recommend measuring and comparing before purchase.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure and convenient payment options through Shopify Payments and trusted third-party providers.
